ACT Public Housing Class Action
In this class action, our lead applicant, Gai Higginson, will claim compensation from the ACT Government for its conduct in their program from 1 July 2019 requiring public housing tenants to move from their homes.

In December 2023, we launched proceedings against the Australian Capital Territory in response to the conduct of Housing ACT in implementing the Growing and Renewing Program. You can read our Statement of Claim here.
